Online registration.

The information detailed in this document corresponds to and will be applicable to the Enrollment Process (and enrollment ratification) for the 2020 Academic Year, which will begin on Thursday, December 19, 2019 and conclude on Friday, January 31, 2020, for all families that make up Casuarinas International College, during which period the terms and conditions indicated will remain in effect.

1. Preconditions

To start the 2020 Enrollment Process, you must be eligible for enrollment. In that sense, they must verify the fulfillment of the following conditions:

a) Not having debts

At the date of enrollment they must not have any outstanding debt. All payment obligations must be paid, including the December 2019 pension. Otherwise, it will not be possible to begin the 2020 Registration process.

b) Academic and/or Behavioral Compliance

c) Accept the terms and conditions of the Parent Commitment Letter 2020

2. Paid for Registration

To start the 2020 Registration process, you must have paid the amount corresponding to your 2020 Registration at any of the BBVA Banco Continental offices, directly at the School’s Treasury, giving the student’s code or through the VisaNet payment gateway, using a credit or debit card. This payment will allow you to continue with your registration process.

3. Data Update

The registration process requires the updating of student data through the website of Casuarinas International College, taking into account the following instructions:

  • Go to the school website: www.casuarinas.edu.pe
  • Select “Admission” and choose “Registration 2020”.
  • Register: Enter the identity document of the father, mother, guardian or proxy (ID card, Alien Registration Card or Passport) as user and password.

a. Check Account Statement – If there is no outstanding debt, you can continue with the data update process.

b. Updating Data in Cards (this process is extremely important for security reasons; it also helps to resolve administrative and logistical issues).

  • Authorization in case of emergency
  • Exemption from the Religion course
  • Annual permit for visits and outings
  • Parent’s Letter of Commitment 2020
  • Parent Involvement Commitment
  • Coexistence Manual (PYP, MYP, DP, CP)

c. Parents may review in detail each of the documents available within the online registration process, and will state, accordingly, that they have read and understood them; furthermore, they agree to comply with the terms and conditions set forth, as applicable.

4. Compliance with the requirements and stages of the Enrollment Process:

The Parent, Guardian or Power of Attorney, must comply with each of the steps of the 2020 enrollment process, as indicated in this document, in order to allow the school to carry out the formalities and procedures corresponding to the enrollment, in an official manner, before the Ministry of Education, according to the regulations of the education sector that regulate the individual.
